UIF Files are proprietary file formats created by MagicISO.
UIF stands for Universal Image Format. It is an image file of a CD or DVD that is compressed. It is used to edit, create and extract image files, and it supports a few different formats.
UIF files are compatible on Windows, MAC and Linux. To open UIF files you will need to download MagicISO which is unfortunately not free. So if you are looking for a free solution, follow the steps.
- Download UIF to ISO Converter (Free Software)
- Convert the UIF image to a standard ISO format with the above software.
- From there you can follow the instructions given here to Mount ISO as a virtual drive or Simply Open and extract the ISO file.
- You can also Burn the ISO files to a CD / DVD using a free utility.
